My store updates on March 13th
Hello Friends!
As an experiment, I'm sending out a future store update announcement - let me know if you like this approach or not! I'll publish new items on Thursday, March 13th around 5PM Pacific Time. I'll also send a notification when the store is updated, breaking my self imposed rule of no more than 1 email a month. I hope that's ok?
Coming Up
This time I'm adding white porcelain mugs, tumblers and bowls. Almost all of them are made out of NZ porcelain - the whitest glassiest porcelain I ever worked with. Even though it's so pretty, I've decided to take it a notch down and, going forward, work with a porcelain that is a bit less white but more versatile. You will notice that the upcoming update includes almost exclusively clear glazed items - I was able to find only one glaze that would fit the NZ. I even started marking all items made from NZ so that I don't accidentally use the wrong glaze on them.
What's next
Me and my shop will be taking a break in April, which means the next store update will probably arrive well into the summer. I'll continue working with white porcelain for the foreseeable future, but with a more forgiving one! I hope to make lots of mugs and vases covered in colorful glazes, not only clear-glazed.
P.S. I've updated the store menu and filters - you can search for items of specific size or material!
